Project Research-Based Strategies and Artificial Intelligence for School Enhancement
Project RAISE is a $15 million Expansion grant awarded by the the Education and Innovation Research Program, U.S. Department of Education. During the five-year grant, project members will bring to scale evidence-based, field-initiated leadership innovations to enhance and turn around near-failing schools and to improve student achievement and attainment.

State and national school leaders engaged in Virtual Professional Development, Virtual Professional Leading Learning Communities with Virtual Mentoring and Coaching, Micro-Credentials with up to 1000 Massive Open Online Professional Individualized Learning (MOOPILs) Modules related to Enhancing and Turning Around Schools, Leadership Institutes, National Think Tanks (Certificates approved by the Texas Education Agency via TAMU ELRC & CRDLLA Centers) Evaluated by RCT.
