Investigators developed a scale based on three interactive constructs: organizational outcomes, leadership skills, and organizational justice. The data gathered from the instrument will be used primarily to develop strategies at addressing areas where inclusion is lacking. Researchers, school personnel, and community will work collaboratively in designing interventions toward building more inclusive schools.
