Literacy-Infused Science Institute

Literacy-Infused Science (LIS) Institute – Our professional learning focuses on building instructional capacity to integrate the four literacy domains (listening, speaking, reading, writing) into content-area instruction and are applicable across STEM-related content areas. The training focuses on applying the LIS Planning Guide as a tool to incorporate LIS strategies into existing curriculum.

Summer Leadership Institute

Exclusively for principals, school leaders, counselors, community members, and others interested in engaging in dialogue and improving practice. Institutes are offered on the following topics:

STEM Leadership Institute

We offer engaging professional development opportunities for intermediate, middle, and high school STEM and Career and Technology Education (CTE) teachers. Participants receive access to high-quality STEM instructional resources and investigate emerging cyberlearning initiatives and digital tools. Teachers also have opportunities to explore hands-on, maker-based teaching tools for student engagement.
