Mentoring & Tutoring seeks to publish papers on all aspects of mentoring, tutoring and partnership in education, other academic disciplines and the professions.

The purpose of Mentoring & Tutoring is to help advance knowledge and understanding of mentoring, tutoring and/or partnership in learning through a focus on high-quality research papers and development activities. The journal welcomes contributions from the widening field of mentoring and tutoring including papers of a philosophical, socio-political, or creative nature. Comparative aspects of mentoring, tutoring and partnership are of special interest as these techniques are increasingly used worldwide.

Advancing Women In Leadership represents the first on-line professional, refereed journal for women in leadership.

AWL Mission

Our mission is to publish manuscripts that report, synthesize, review, and analyze scholarly inquiry that focuses on women’s issues in leadership. In doing so, the journal aims to provide opportunities for scholarship that promotes a critical view on women’s issues in transformative leadership, shining a spotlight on social justice and capacity building in a global society.

Our vision is to be viewed as the number one online professional publication site for scholarly inquiry and perspectives that promote gender equity and advance women in leadership both domestically and internationally.
